On this page you will find links below which will take you to all of the legal documents of the Balintore Community. These documents include our "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Balintore, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and all the Amendments to the original documents. (See "DOCUMENTS OF BALINTORE" LINKS LISTED BELOW). 

 

Year-End Financial Balance Sheet and the Year-End Profit and Loss Statement are available by contacting our property manager or HOA Treasurer.  As of July 1, 2024, access to financial statements is under construction as we roll out the ProActive Property Management member portal for Balintore members.  Member login will be required to access.

As always, the Board of Directors or the Community Association Manager will be more than happy to provide you with answers to any of your questions concerning these documents.

Please keep in mind, the Documents of Balintore are legal and binding and we ask each of our members to follow them as written. We thank all of you for your interest and cooperation in following these documents.
