The Grounds Committee is charged with the responsibility of being the primary interface with the community's lawn maintenance provider. They are also charged with overseeing the common areas of Balintore including the conservation area behind Sawgrass Drive and Rain Tree Court. The Grounds Committee conducts periodic inspections of all homes lawn and mulch conditions. The inspection review is held to evaluate the turf condition of lawns and sod, shrubs and plantings, and the presence of mulch in all appropriate areas.

We are currently contracted with Florida Landscaping Consultants (FLC) for their lawn and landscaping services.  The detailed specifications of the landscape management services provided by FLC are provided in the documents below.

A friendly reminder to pet walkers.

Please clean up after your pets and remain on the sidewalks or roads avoiding private yards.  We take pride in our community and appreciate your cooperation!

 

We have asked our Indigo Pond neighbors to do the same if walking in Balintore so please show them the same courtesy if walking in their community.
