BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We the below listed individuals are your current representatives on the Balintore Board of Directors. It is our responsibility to preserve and cultivate our community, and to further provide effective two-way communications between the Association and the residents of Balintore, and our service providers. Questions can also be directed to the Association's Community Association Manager listed below.
We will respect our residents opinions and concerns and handle such with utmost respect in a timely fashion. It will be the Board of Directors' and our manager's responsibility to insure that all Covenants and Deed Restrictions are followed by all residents. We will also encourage our residents to participate in community affairs, our various committees and our social activities.
The Board of Directors will conduct community business in an open forum and in a reasonable and consistent manner. We will make every attempt to maintain and enhance the attractiveness of our community's common areas and will enforce the By-Laws and the Covenants and Deed Restrictions of the Association's Documents. Lastly, we will make every effort to provide a warm, inviting atmosphere to diverse owners and emphasize the quality of life.

Should you desire to have any subject or concern brought before the Board of Directors, at one of their scheduled Board Meetings, please contact the Association's Manager at: matthew@proactivefl.com. Members are welcome to attend and speak during the "owner comments' portion of the meetings.
