Who We Are
The community is located aside Lake Tarpon in North Pinellas County in what is known as the East Lake Lansbrook area. The community is beautifully maintained and is ideally surrounded by the beautiful LANSBROOK GOLF CLUB with more than half of all Balintore homes sitting on golf course lots, fronting holes #2, #3 and #8. The semi-private Lansbrook golf course facility offers a championship course and clubhouse which serves the entire local area.
Balintore has four private streets in the community with a dedicated single entry and exit road. The streets and common areas of the community are well maintained for both appearance and functionality. The grounds of the community are maintained through a contract the association has with YELLOWSTONE LANDSCAPE. Yellowstone provides mowing, edging, shrub and tree trimming as defined in our services contract.
Homeowners of Balintore also belong to the TARPON LAKE VILLAGES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. Balintore is one of six communities comprising membership in our master association. The six communities and its 489 members, who comprise the Tarpon Lake Villages Homeowners Association, include Balintore, The Clearings, Crystal Lake, Fairway Forest, Indigo Pond and Parkside. Homeowner assessments are levied on Balintore Members for both associations. The Tarpon Lake Villages Homeowners Association’s property includes the entrance at Village Center Drive and East Lake Road, and the beautiful private park adjoining East Lake Fire Station #57 and the North Pinellas YMCA. The park has a very nice walking path surrounding a calm and pretty lake with relaxing benches along the way.
The NORTH PINELLAS YMCA is a terrific asset to all the communities in the Lansbrook area and offers a host of facilities for youth development, healthy living and social responsibilities. The numerous programs they have for the entire family includes swimming, tennis, group exercise, sports, child care, a strength training center with an abundant number of exercise machines and workout equipment. The YMCA and the many amenities they offer are a huge asset to Balintore and the surrounding communities.
As of July 1, 2024, accounting and financial services for Balintore Homeowners Association are provided by ProActive Property Management. Accounting services include the payment of all association approved invoices, collection of homeowner dues, reporting of individual homeowner account balances, preparing and filing association income tax returns, and budget preparation.
